1970s Jean-Paul Germain Brown Velvet Blazer Made in France Size 36
Vintage 1970s Jean-Paul Germain men's brown velvet blazer, made in France. This double-breasted jacket has the strongly shaped tailoring associated with 1970s menswear, including padded shoulders, high-set peaked lapels, a fitted silhouette and gold-tone buttons.
The jacket is made from dark brown velvet in a blend of 80% cotton and 20% modal. It has a six-button double-breasted front arranged in three pairs, a welted breast pocket, two large patch pockets at the hips and three gold-tone buttons at each cuff. Twin vents finish the back.
The interior is fully lined in pale champagne-coloured viscose woven throughout with the Jean-Paul Germain monogram. The interior label reads Jean-Paul Germain – Made in France.
