This is a wonderful 1980s era Lily of France crinoline made of a nylon upper with layers of netting and nylon extending down and out from the stretchy nylon top. The netting is decorated with pink thread “lace” running through the side panels. The waistband is elasticized and measures 25” around unstretched, but stretches out to 32”. The hip area measures about 48” around and would hang loosely, giving shape to the dress being used with it. The crinoline measures 28 1/2” in length. The crinoline is very clean and crisp - looks like it saw very little use.
This is a very cute crinoline - could be used as an over skirt piece!
