This is a wonderful vintage 1960s mod striped dress made of silk fabric. This vintage 1960s mod striped dress is made in a sleeveless shift style with rounded collar. There is a belt at the thigh height, below which the dress is pleated, very much mid-60s. The dress is fully lined with emerald coloured acetate and does up the back with a nylon zipper.
Fabric: Silk in a medium weight and somewhat coarser weave with nice sheen.
Colour: Jewel tones of emerald, magenta, blue and ochre gold
Label: None - I’m unsure if this is manufactured or seamstress made, but it is very well constructed. Most likely manufactured due to the matching belt.
Age: mid 1960s
Sizing: No size is indicated, and although this vintage dress should fit a medium size, please rely on the following measurements for fit:
