Vintage 1960s Mink Jacket Dawn Brown Size S M

This is a very nice quality 1960s mink jacket, very Jackie Kennedy era.  This 1960s mink jacket has a wide rounded standing collar and above the wrist length raglan style sleeves so that, as was the style during the 60s, one could show off one’s gloves.  There are two hook and eye closures, one at the neck and the other at the waist.  This 1960s mink jacket is lined in striped taffeta.  The original owner’s name is embroidered into the lining (see last photo).  

Colour:  Light brown - I think that this tone is referred to as dawn.

Sizing: No size is indicated on this vintage mink jacket and although this should fit a small to medium size, please rely on the following exterior measurements for fit, taking the thickness of the fur into account (compare measurements with a similar fur jacket that you presently own or to your own body measurements, taking the cut of the garment into account):

Shoulders: 17” across, estimated due to raglan sleeve

Sleeves: 18” from the estimated shoulder, 26 1/2” from the mid-neck to the cuff

Sleeve inseam: 11 1/2”

Bust:  42” around, taken under the arms

Bottom:  42” around

Overall length:  22 1/2”, measured flat at the back

Condition:  This vintage 1960s mink jacket is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, soiling, staining or splits.
