Vintage Shelley Miniature Bone China Cup & Saucer Lowestoft Westminster 13916

This is a Shelley bone china miniature cup and saucer, made in the Lowestoft pattern Westminster shape, number 13916, trimmed in green. Both the cup and saucer are decorated with a rose pattern, quite lovely. The saucer measures 2 1/2 in diameter and the cup has a height of 1 1/4 with a top diameter of 1 1/2. The set is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or wear except for one purple line break on the cup and one on the saucer. The green trim is all intact. The underside of each is stamped with the Shelley shield mark that was used between 1945 and 1966 and the saucer is hand inscribed with the pattern number 13916. Nice addition to a Shelley miniature cup collection.....
