Vintage 1920s Halloween Costume Party Photo Signed Marc Lenoir 6.5 x 9.25

This is a costume party photo taken by a professional photographer during the 1920s. The people in the photo are dressed in various costumes - Spanish ladies, flapper (might be a man), waiter, stable boy. The photo is signed Marc Lenoir (Cannes?) - the only reference that I could find regarding this photographer is a 1920s photo that he took of a British author that is in the collection of the National Portrait Gallery. The photo measures 6 1/2 by 9 1/4 and is affixed to a larger cardboard backing. It is in excellent condition - the watermarks are digitally added, but, of course, are absent from the photo.
