Antique Porcelain Bowl Roses Pattern Made in Germany 10.75

This is a fairly large antique bowl that is decorated in its interior with a rose flower design. The interior has a pearlescent lustre finish to the interior white glaze. The porcelain has raised detailing around its edge and down the interior sides of the bowl. The underside is stamped simply with Made in Germany within a circular donut shape, so I am unsure of the maker. The bowl measures 10 3/4 in diameter across the top and has a height of 3 1/4. It has two small chips - one to the interior rim, visible in the first photo and one to the edge that Ive shown both from the topside and underside (see last two close-up photos). Both are rather minor and difficult to notice under normal viewing.
