Antique Bradley & Hubbard Bookends Gnome Library Cast Iron

This is a wonderful pair of antique Bradley & Hubbard bookends made in the form of gnome reading a book in front of book filled shelves. This model is known as Gnome Library. They are made of painted cast iron, but I believe that the gnomes are made of spelter - the gnomes do not attract a magnet while the rest of the bookend does. These are marked with the B&H mark. Each measures 5 in height, 6 in width and 3 3/8 in depth - one weighs a little over 4 lbs and 12 oz while the other one weighs a little over 4 lbs and 13 oz. They are in very good condition with original factory painted colour, but with some wear to the bronze coloured applied patina on the gnomes and some missing paint on one of the gnomes arms, fairly minor. These display very well as they are - please view the photos.
These are wonderful bookends, nice detail, usual Bradley & Hubbard quality - great for the Gnome collector!
