This is an vintage lace jabot that I believe dates to the 1960s - this was a decorative device often used on mod era dresses.  The jabot is flounced or ruffled and made of machine lace - I’m unsure of the material, probably synthetic, but maybe treated cotton or a blend.  There is a snap at the back of the neck piece, but it is detached from one side.  I’m not sewing it back just in case you need to adjust its position for a better fit for your neck.  The top edge measures 20” around, and the bib part measures 8 1/2” in height with a width of 10” at its widest.

Condition:  It is in excellent condition with no wear, tear, stains or odors - this is ready to wear and looks fabulous.

Great piece to add to a dress.....sure to be noticed!
