This is a signed Mats Jonasson crystal elephant sculpture. It depicts an elephant in high relief, with detailed texturing and a flat back. The sculpture is made of heavy lead crystal and measures 20 cm (8 inches) in height. Note that the first photo was taken of the flat side with back lighting.
The original retail label is still affixed to the underside of this Mats Jonasson crystal elephant sculpture, showing a Canadian price of $210.00. This example dates to the 1980s, when Royal Krona ceased production in 1981 and labels began to read Mats Jonasson Maleras.
