Vintage Liberty of London Silk Scarf Brown w Cloth Label 1950s Made in England 

This is a vintage Liberty of London silk scarf featuring an ornate design in colours of brown, light yellow, grey and black against a white background.  It has a brown border and a cloth Liberty Made in England label - I believe that cloth labels like this were used during the 1950s and earlier. 

Sizing: 26” by 27”

Condition: It is in very good condition with no wear, tear, holes or odours, but there are a few pinhead spots (see last close-up photo), really not very noticeable under normal conditions.  I haven’t tried to launder the scarf, so they may come out, but there is no guarantee as they do appear to be well set stains.

Despite the tiny stains, this is an older Liberty, hard to come by and very collectible - nice acquisition for the collector!
