This is a vintage figurine made in the form of an angel hanging over a bowl-like shape, both pieces attached to a brass wire frame that is meant to hang on a wall. I believe that the piece is meant to be used as a planter, but I guess that you could use it for storage of small items. Each piece is stamped on the underside with JT 711 Japan. This possibly was made for Napco, but could be Lefton or any of a number of other importers of Japanese kitsch during the 1950s and 60s. The wire frame measures 11 1/4 in height by 7 1/8 in width. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or wear but there is a hole in the angels hands that is meant to hold something - you could either improvise something or, if using as a planter, stick in a flower stem. Also, there is very minor wear to the brass wire. Very cute vintage collectiblegreat in the right decor!
