This is a lovely black silk chiffon blouse, made by Chanel Paris, part of the Fall / Autumn 2002 collection.  The blouse is made in a loose, comfortable style, with pointy collar, full cut sleeves and a rounded bib made up of overlapping panels.  The blouse does up the front with five black metal buttons that are studded with black rhinestones at the bib and five black buttons with are impressed with Chanel Paris further down the blouse.  There is a rhinestone studded button at the neckline and the cuffs have a similar rhinestone two button cufflink.  The piece is posed with a Chanel camisole, which is included with the blouse.

Fabric:  The blouse content label reads “100% silk” while the camisole content label reads “100% polyester”

Sizing: The size label reads French size 42, which should be equivalent to a US size 12, but please note the following measurements for fit:

Shoulders:  17” across the top, from shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam

Sleeves:  26” long from the shoulder/sleeve seam

Bust:  39” around, taken under the arm openings, should be a loose fit

Length:  26”, measured flat 

It is in excellent condition except for a small snag about 5” from the bottom - barely visible and won’t be seen if the blouse is tucked in.  I’m mentioning this only in the interest of full disclosure - the silk is gossamer like, so it’s not surprising that there would be a small pull.  Otherwise, the blouse looks to have seen very little use.  The camisole is in excellent condition.

This is a beautiful Chanel blouse - beautiful silk chiffon, lovely style.
