Brand Poppy's Vintage Clothing
This is a Canadian Armed Forces DEU tunic (Distinctive Environmental Uniform) made by Logistik Unicorp of Canada. It features the RCA (Royal Canadian Artillery) gilt metal collar insignia, a Canada shoulder flash on each side, and a blue shield-shaped patch with a white fleur-de-lys and crossed swords marked “34,” indicating the 34th Field Artillery Regiment, a reserve artillery unit based in Quebec. This Canadian Armed Forces DEU tunic has button-down epaulets, buttoned box pleat chest pockets, lower flapped pockets, and a four-button closure. All buttons display the crowned triple maple leaf with crossed swords emblem of the Canadian Armed Forces.
Logistik began supplying DEUs in 1996, so this tunic likely dates from that period or later.
Content label: 65% wool / 35% polyester. Lining is 100% acetate.
