Vintage 70s Floral Polyester Dress Bare Midriff Lucia Italy

This is a striking vintage 70s floral polyester dress.  The pattern consists of bold flowers in yellow and white against a black background.  This vintage 70s floral polyester dress is made in a full length with collarless narrow V neckline and with an elastic around the lower bodice that attaches with a hook and eye.  The bodice is cut away at the bottom so that the midriff is exposed.  There are ties at the bottom of the bodice that tie go around the elasticized waist and attach at the front.  The skirt of the dress is cut straight with maybe a slight flare and has a 19” slit at the bottom left side.  It does up the back with a nylon zipper and is unlined.
