Label: Miss Dior Made in France. The Miss Dior line was introduced in 1967 as a ready-to-wear line targeted to a younger clientele.  The line was designed by Philippe Guibourgé, who worked with Jacques Fath and Antonio del Castillo at Lanvin before becoming assistant to Marc Bohan at Dior.  He left Dior in 1978 to launch the ready-to-wear line for the house of Chanel.  Miss Dior was made in France for the domestic market until December of 1970, when they started to export to North America.

Retailer label:  Made in France For Holt Renfrew.  Holt Renfrew is a Canadian department store chain that sells only designer, quality private label and luxury goods.  They have a long relationship with Dior, having become an important importer of French fashion subsequent to WWII when European domestic markets were devastated due to the war.
