Vintage 1960s Cocktail Dress with Illusion Neckline Size S

This is a vintage 1960s cocktail dress made of black crepe with a black silk chiffon scarf affixed to the left side.  This vintage 1960s cocktail dress has an illusion neckline, constructed with a chiffon right shoulder and a crepe left shoulder, creating a sheer diagonal bodice.  It is made in a sleeveless sheath style with pencil skirt in a below the knee length.  The scarf can be posed in a number of ways - I’ve posed it both hanging down the left side as well as flung over the right shoulder.  The dress does up with a metal zipper at the left side and is lined in black taffeta.

Sizing: No size is indicated on this vintage 1960s cocktail dress, and although the dress should fit a small size, please rely on the following measurements for fit: 

Bust:  36” around

Waist: 25” around

Hips:  36” around

Length:  38” measured flat from the top of the shoulder

Condition:  This vintage 1960s cocktail dress is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, tear or staining -  there is a tiny hole in the chiffon at the right side (see last photo), but this is practically nothing.  Otherwise, this appears to have seen little use and has been well kept over the years.
