This is a pair of vintage 1920s silk stockings, unused and still retaining their paper labels. These 1920s silk stockings are made in peach pink colours that lightens from the foot up to the top. They would fit an average sized foot. The labels read “Silk Stockings Van Raalte Full Fashioned 9”. They measure 30” from the top to the bottom of the heel and the foot measures 9” in length from the back of the heel to the toe, pulled taut. The top 4 inches are doubled so as to keep the stockings in place, but I would assume that they would require garters. They are unused and in excellent condition - they have been well stored over the last 100 or so years. These 1920s silk stockings are a great find - unused flapper hosiery!
