Grindley \u0026amp; Co. of England in the elegant “Celtic” flow blue pattern. Dating to the late Victorian or early Edwardian era, the set features richly flowing cobalt blue decoration with hand-applied gilt accents along the scalloped rims and ornate handle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe “Celtic” pattern combines flowing foliate motifs with textured border detailing and softly blurred cobalt transferwork characteristic of classic English flow blue pottery. The cup interior features an additional decorative motif near the rim, adding refinement to the overall design.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe underside bears the W.H.
