Weiss 50s Vintage Rhinestone Brooch Ice Blue & Green Stones on Silver Rhodium Setting

This is a striking rhinestone brooch made by Weiss of New York.  The piece features excellent quality blue, ice blue and green rhinestones prong set in a rhodium plated setting.  Weiss was founded in 1942 by Albert Weiss, after having gained experience working for Coro.  The company closed in 1971, and Weiss was known for its quality, with rhinestone pieces such as this being compared favorably to Eisenberg Ice pieces of the same period.

This brooch measures 2 1/4” by 2” and is in very good condition with no wear or replaced stones.
