Vintage Romanian Marginea Pottery Miniature Vase 3.75

This is a small vase that I believe is made of Romanian Marginea pottery. The making of black pottery is an ancient tradition in Romania and centred around the village of Marginea. The black colour is created during the firing process and the pottery is hand turned on a wheel and hand incised before firing.
This vase measures 3 3/4 in height and is in very good condition. It is incised with numbers on its underside.
