This is a wonderful vintage sweater produced by Nordstrikk of Norway featuring a Nordic pattern with green, white and red detailing against a navy blue background colour. The sweater is made of 100% wool in a cardigan style. The sweater closes with six pewter clip closures down the front. There are three pewter buttons at either cuff. I believe that it dates to the 1960s.

Size: It is meant as a unisex sweater and sized as a women’s size 14 / gents size 36 - please rely on the measurements given below for fit, keeping in mind the stretch of the knit:

Shoulders: 16” across, from shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam

Sleeves: 19 3/4” long from the shoulder/sleeve seam

Sleeve Inseam: 18” long

Bust: 36” around, taken under the arms

Bottom: 37” around unstretched, stretches out to as much as 38”

Overall length: 22”

It is in very good condition with the exception of a small repair to the bottom edge that could be better done and a small yarn pull in the same area. Otherwise, there are no other pulls or defects and the sweater is clean and ready to use.
