This is a wonderful pair of copper earrings made in a modernist form. The form looks to me like two “orbit” rings around an abstract harp or maybe a heart shape. Copper jewelry was very popular during the 1950s as was space age abstract design. These earrings are unsigned, but obviously made by a quality jeweler. Much of the copper jewelry of the period was made under the Renoir or Matisse brand names, but other makers include Rebajes of New York as well as many others. These earrings measure 1 7/8” in height by 1 1/4” in width and are in very good condition.
This is a great pair of earrings - nice size, striking design - sure to be noticed!
