Vintage Brimaco Cafe Racer Leather Motorcycle Jacket 1970s Size Small

Brand Poppy's Vintage Clothing

This is a very nice quality black leather “café racer” motorcycle jacket made during the 1970s by Brimaco.  Brimaco was the brand name of the British Manufacturing Co. of Canada, a firm that is still highly regarded for the quality that they produced.  The jacket has a heavy duty Acme brand metal double zipper down the front and a velcro tab closure at the neck.  It has a narrow stand-up collar and zip-up pockets at either side, all with Acme metal zippers.  The shoulders, upper arms, elbows and bottom back are all protected with quilted padding.  The sleeves have zippers at the ends, a zipper pocket built into either lower sleeve, and there is a zipper at either bottom side.  There is a wind flap behind the metal zipper and a double flap at the back.  The jacket is fully lined in blue nylon.
