Vintage 1970s Ski Jacket Red Corduroy by Laurentide Canada Size M
Brand Poppy's Vintage Clothing
This is a vintage 1970s ski jacket made of red corduroy by Milbro of Canada under their Laurentide brand name. The jacket does up with a shield shaped metal pull zipper that can go right up to the top of the collar, so that the collar could be worn up, around the neck, or down. There is a diagonal zippered pocket at either side and a small snap down pocket at either side of the bust. There is an adjustable belt with buckle at either bottom side. The corduroy is made of a combination of diagonal oriented corduroy and vertical oriented corduroy. It has navy blue piping trim and a navy blue double zipper. The jacket is lined in black nylon. This jacket is meant for spring use as it is not insulated against the cold. The sleeve overlaps at the shoulder, in order to provide movement, and the cuffs close with a snap.
Label: Laurentide Milbro Inc. Montreal Canada CA 00474. The logo is a fir tree, half-blue and half-red, with blue skis through the middle.
