Vintage 1940s Small Corde Handbag Purse Navy Blue - VFG

This is a small vintage cord handbag made in a tone of navy blue. It has a brass coloured clasp and is lined in blue fabric. It has a single open compartment with a red lined zippered pocket on one side with a mirror pouch affixed to it (no mirror included). It has a matching cord covered handle. The purse measures 9 3/8 wide by 4 3/4 in height, exclusive of the handle, and has with a depth of 3 1/4 at its bottom. The purse is in very good condition with the exception of a loose cord at one end of the handle and a small brownish stain on the lining (quite minor) - the cord can be re-secured by sewing or gluing or simply snipped off.
