Original Rolling Stones Voodoo Lounge 1994 T Shirt Brockum XL

Brand Poppy's Vintage Clothing

This is an authentic T shirt from the Rolling Stones Voodoo Lounge 1994 tour.  Both the front and back are printed with cartoon artwork by Gerald Scarfe, who was the cartoonist for both the New Yorker magazine and the London Sunday Times newspaper and known for producing artwork for Pink Floyd, particularly for The Wall.  In 1994, The New Yorker sent Scarfe to produce a drawing of the Stones for the magazine and when Mick Jagger saw it, he asked for the artwork to be made into a Rolling Stones Voodoo Lounge tour t-shirt.  The front features a cartoon of Mick Jagger with “The Rolling Stones” appearing below as well as Gerald Scarfe’s signature - “©1994 Promotour.Productions Under License to Brockum” appears in small print.  The back features the rest of the Stones with Rolling Stones Voodoo Lounge Tour below.  The label reads ”Brockum Worldwide Made in U.S.A. XL 100% Cotton”.  As indicated, the t-shirt is a size extra large.  It is pre-owned, but in very clean condition. I think that it was bought as a concert souvenir, but never worn - if it was worn, it wasn’t worn much.  Nice Rolling Stones Voodoo Lounge collectible!
