Donald Duck and The Witch Little Golden Book 1st Edition A Printing 1953 Near Fine Condition

This is a first edition of the Little Golden Book Donald Duck and The Witch, published by Simon and Schuster in 1953. The last page of the book is printed with the letter A, which is the code for first printing. The book is in near fine condition, very close to fine - there is a tiny bit of edge wear to the front cover only and a couple of very light thumb smudges on the inside pages, but otherwise, this book is amazingly clean. It came from a collection of Little Golden and other childrens books that are all in immaculate condition. This book looks like it was read once and then put away.
It is extremely difficult to find this A printing, especially so in this lovely condition. Fabulous addition to a collection!
