Antique Victorian White Cotton Petticoat 19th century Skirt Ladies Size M L
Brand Poppy's Vintage Clothing
This is a lovely white cotton petticoat dating to the Victorian era. The petticoat has a 12” flounce that is embroidered, decorated with tuck pleats and eyeleted at the bottom. The piece has an opening at the top back and does up with a drawstring sewn into the waistline of the petticoat from the front sides around the back. The front does not have a drawstring through the waist and the petticoat is constructed with five panels, except for the bottom flounce. The waist can be adjusted from 21” to 46” using the drawstring.
Age: 19th century
