1990s Moschino Cheap and Chic Color Block Jacket - Size 6

Brand Poppy's Vintage Clothing

This product is unavailable

From the 1990s here's a jacket made in Italy by Moschino as part of the “Cheap and Chic” line.  Moschino introduced the Cheap and Chic line in 1988 - I’m unsure of the exact age of this jacket, but I think that it dates to the early 1990s.  It has a fabulous “color block” pattern, consisting of bright colors of red, orange, green and yellow with some white and black thrown in for good measure.  The jacket is made with padded shoulders, notched lapels and has a built-in flapped pocket at either side.  Each element of the jacket has its own color, creating contrast within the design - very whimsical, as one would expect from Moschino.  The jacket is lined in a red rayon fabric that is woven with “Cheap and Chic by Moschino” throughout.  The fabric of the jacket is made of 79% acetate and 21% rayon.

Sizing: US Size 6 is indicated, but please rely on the following measurements for fit:
Shoulders: 16” / Sleeves: 22 1/4” / Bust: 35” / Waist:  28” / Hips:  37 1/2” / Length: 24"

Condition:  Although pre-owned, it is in very good condition with no wear, tear, stains or odours - this jacket looks to have seen little use and was well cared for over the years.

This is a wonderful jacket - bright and bold, sure to be noticed and a great fashion collectible.
