This is a vintage Catalina Island Hawaiian shirt printed with a pattern featuring a map of Catalina, a depiction of Catalina, a Catalina ship, flying fish and other Catalina related motifs. There are no longer any labels, but this vintage Catalina Island Hawaiian shirt is definitely from the 1960s - I know this from the seams and the general style and construction of the shirt. It is made of cotton. It has a squared collar and a pocket at the left chest. The print features. The shirt has an open neckline and closes with five plastic buttons down the front.
Sizing: No size is indicated, and although this should fit an extra large size, please rely on the following measurements for fit:
Shoulders: 20 1/2” across from seam to seam
Sleeves: 10 1/4” long
Chest: 52” around, taken under the arms
Bottom: 52” around
Length: 30”
Condition: This vintage Catalina Island Hawaiian shirt is in very good condition with no pronounced wear, tear, odour or stains - this shirt was well cared for over the years and looks to have seen little use.
