Large dark navy buttons form the visible upper closure, while the coat continues to unbutton all the way down the front with the lower buttons concealed beneath a hidden placket. Her garments appeared under various Lydia labels, including \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eLydia of Montreal\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, and examples are held in Canadian museum collections. She later designed for and became a partner in Sport Togs, maker of the Rainmaster line. However, we have not found documentation conclusively establishing \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eLydia Modell\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e as a Lydia Sperlich label.
