This is a very large fox fur stole that I believe is in a colour called “Norwegian Blue”, although the white fur has a yellowish cast.  The fur has dark highlights - as mentioned, the fur has a yellowish cast to it that is probably due to age, although possibly partly due to natural pigmentation.  The piece is lined in grey satin taffeta fabric and there is a pocket built into the lining either end.  The original owner’s monogram is embroidered onto the lining.  The fur is very full and the stole looks impressive due to its size.

Label:  Holt Renfrew.  Holt Renfrew is a venerable Canadian luxury goods retailer with a reputation and long history of selling high quality furs.

Sizing: 79” by 10.5” at the center

Condition: Aside from the yellowish cast, it is in very good condition with no wear, tear, holes, stains or odours - the fur appears to be fresh but there is some slight soiling to the lining.  A fur cleaning would be beneficial.

This is a lovely quality fur - very plush, with very good nappe.  Unusual large size!
