This is a vintage necklace featuring Venetian Wedding Cake lampwork beads. The beads are made in an opaque white color with applied pink rosettes, blue enamel accents and gold aventurine detailing. There are 17 beads in all, each measuring 15 mm in size. Each bead is separated with three faux pearls, one larger and two smaller and two brass beads. It closes with a screw clasp, is beaded on string and measures 28 1/2” in length, laid out straight. It is in very good condition except for some slight evidence of verdigris on the metal pieces that is visible on the extreme close-ups, but not noticeable under normal viewing - this could be cleaned with a bit of patience and some vinegar, if desired.
