Vintage 1980s Dress Abstract Printed Silk Pacabu Italy Sz M

This is a lovely vintage 1980s dress made in a style referred to as “80s does 40s”.  This 1980s dress captures the glamour of the 1940s even though it maintains the oversized look of 80s fashion.  It features large shoulders with small pads, a V shaped neckline, short sleeves and is made in a knee length sheath style.  It has a wide inverted V waistline that is ruched, and has side ties that fasten at the back to cinch the waist.  The silk fabric is printed in an abstract floral pattern in tones of green, red, blue and white against a black background.  The top of the dress is unlined while the skirt has a black acetate slip lining.

Sizing: No size is indicated, and although this 1980s dress should fit a medium size, please rely on the following measurements for fit, keeping its 80s oversized cut in mind:

Shoulders:  15” across the top of the lace from shoulder seam to shoulder seam

Sleeves:  10 1/2” long

Bust:  40” around

Waist: 28” around

Hips:  40” around

Overall length: 42 1/2“

Condition:  It is in excellent condition with no wear, tear, staining or odour.
