Vintage 1970s Spring Coat Biba Label Check Wool Ladies Sz M

$165.00

Brand Poppy's Vintage Clothing

This is a 1970s spring coat made in a Prince of Wales checked wool.  The coat has a Biba label in it - I don’t think that this is the original British Biba, but perhaps from an Ontario boutique that was named Biba, difficult to know for sure what it’s origin is. This 1970s spring coat is made in a knee length.  It has a fairly wide collar with high neckline that can be worn open or closed.  It has a seven button closure and button-down flap patch pockets at either side of the bust and hips.  It cinches at the waist with a matching belt that has a chrome buckle.  The coat is lined in grey satin.

Material: Wool worsted woven in black and white with blue and pink accenting
