This is a vintage 1970s long vest made by Sabina of India for Lord & Taylor. The piece is made of 100% silk that is embroidered overall with floral designs in tones of blue, orange and yellow. There is a single hook and eye closure at the neck, and otherwise, the vest is open down the front. The vest is fully lined in off-white acetate. It is possible that this had an accompanying dress originally, but it definitely can be used to enhance any solid coloured dress.

Sizing: Size 16 is indicated, and although this should fit a large size - please rely on the following measurements for fit, taking the cut of the garment into account:
Shoulders: 17” across the top
Bust: 41” around, with a normal gap at the front
Waist: 43” around, with a normal gap at the front
Overall length: 41", measured flat
Condition: It is in very good condition with no wear, tear, stains or soiling. This vest has been well cared for over years.
