Vintage 1970s Hostess Pyjamas Floral Pattern Pajamas Size S

This is a pair of vintage 1970s hostess pyjamas / pajamas featuring a striking floral pattern against black.  The top is made in a pullover style with a button closure at the upper bodice.  It has a long pointy collar that can be worn with the neckline open or closed.  The pants to these vintage 1970s hostess pyjamas have an elasticized waist and a full cut leg in an ankle length.  

Age: 1970s, maybe late 1960s

Label: Mais Oui (French for Of Course) by L.J. Montreal

Material:  No label, but most likely an acrylic knit jersey.

Size:  No size is indicated, and although these vintage 1970s hostess pyjamas should fit a small size, please rely on the following measurements for fit taking the stretch of the fabric into account:

Top:

Shoulders: 13 1/2”, estimated due to raglan sleeve

Sleeves: 22” long from the estimated shoulder

Sleeve Inseam: 17 1/2” long

Bust:  34”, taken under the arms,, has some stretch

Length:  25”, measured flat at the back from the neck seam

Pants:

Waist:  20” unstretched, stretches out to 32’ max - comfortable fit is somewhere in-between

Leg Inseam: 29” long 

Length: 40", measured lying flat

Condition:  These vintage 1970s hostess pyjamas are in very good condition with no noted wear, tear, staining, soling or odour, but there is fraying, however, to the label.
