This is a vintage 1960s ladies’ mod suede leather mini dress made in a brown colour.  This mod suede leather mini dress has a wide squared collar and does up with white lacing down the bodice and with three silver snaps down the skirt - you can adjust the lacing to leave a small or no gap down the front.  It has white lacing at each of the large patch pockets at the front of the skirt - you could always change the colour of lacing if you find it too contrasting.  This suede leather mini dress has decorative stitching on the collar, pockets, waist and opening.  It is lined in broad striped acetate fabric.  The suede is supple and soft, nice quality.

Label: Embassy Leather Garment Montreal Made in Canada.  The lack of bilingual text on a Canadian label definitely dates this suede leather mini dress prior to 1973, when bilingual labels were required by law - I think that this dates right around 1969-1970
