1990s Vintage Dinner Jacket Custom Tailored Mens Sz L Tall

This is a dated 1993 vintage dinner jacket hand tailored in Canada using a quality cream white wool worsted fabric.   

This vintage dinner jacket has fairly wide shawl lapels and a single button closure.  The shoulders are padded and the sleeves have four button split cuffs.  There is a jetted pocket at either side (no flap) and a pocket at the left chest.  The jacket is fully lined in a white satin fabric.  It has two interior pockets and no back vent.   

Label: Roger Guinta.  Guinta was a tailor located in Montreal Canada.  The neck loop reads “Creation Originale”.  The tailor’s label has a date of “5-93” on it

Sizing: No size is indicated as this vintage dinner jacket is custom tailored, but it should fit about a size 43 tall - please rely on the following measurements for fit, taken from the exterior (please note the width of the shoulders and the length of the sleeves):

Shoulders: 21” across shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam 

Sleeves: 26” from shoulder/sleeve seam

Sleeve Inseam: 16 3/4” long

Chest: 47” around, taken under the arms

Waist: 43 1/2”, around

Overall length: 31 1/2”, measured flat

Condition: This vintage dinner jacket is in excellent condition with no noted wear, tear or soiling.  The lining is a little droopy, but doesn't hang down so that it is visible - a professional cleaning and pressing should correct this.
