1980s Vintage Paula Klein Paris Skirt Suit Plaid Wool Size L

This is a 1980s vintage Paula Klein Paris skirt suit made in a striking bouclé wool.  The wool is woven in tones of blue, black and a bright magenta pink.  The jacket is made in a classic style with padded and squared shoulders, four gold toned signature button closure, rounded patch pocket at either side and wrist length sleeves with three matching buttons at either cuff.  The neckline, opening, pockets and cuffs are all edged with black cloth.  The skirt is made in a straight below the knee length with a kick vent at the bottom back.  This vintage Paula Klein Paris skirt suit is lined in magenta acetate.

Label:  Paula Klein Paris Fabriqué en France.  This was a popular fashion label during the 1980s into the 1990s

Fabric labels:  Made in France - the text is blurred, but I think that it reads “% 91 Laine (Wool) 9 Viscose”.

Sizing: No size is indicated on the jacket while the skirt label reads size 42 - although this vintage Paula Klein Paris skirt suit should fit a large size, please note the following measurements for fit:
