The piece is marked at the lower back with a gold anchor mark.  The gold anchor was the identifying mark used by the Chelsea factory of England.  This figurine, however was made by Edm Samson based on an old Chelsea model - Samson used the gold anchor mark from 1885 until about 1920.  Samson began making porcelain pieces as replacements for sets and then as display pieces for museums, copying the major European porcelain makers of the 18th century.  Examples of Chelsea are made of soft paste porcelain whereas Samson used hard paste. \u003cbr\u003e\nThis figurine is very well modelled, with great attention paid to detail.  It is hand painted.  It measures 5 in height and weighs 177 grams (6.3 oz).  It is in very good condition with the exception of a small chip to the tip of one of the leaves at the back of the figurine and a couple of petals that are short - might be chips or perhaps they are made like that, very minor in any case.  Also, there are a few brownish marks to the back of his hat, I think due to aging of the glaze, again, very minor. Bustelli modelled a number of putto figurines portraying Ovidian gods - I believe that this one is supposed to represent Saturn.  There is a very similar, although not identical, example in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.  The base is impressed with the Nymphenburg shield both on the top and underside and with the numbers 95 and 2 stamped and \/II incised on the underside - the Nymphenburg shield is the earliest version, first used in 1754, but also used later.  The figurine measures 4 3\/8 in height, small but beautifully modelled and painted. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, repairs or wear, but there are two issues that I must mention.  There is a peppering of black specks in the glaze - these are actually iron particles that were part of the glaze composition, that over time have oxidized and risen to the surface.  These are not considered defects and are an indication of the age of the figurine.  The other issue is that the base is not completely flat, so will teeter from one side to the next when moved, but this shouldnt bother anyone, and again, is, I believe, a sign of the age of this jewel of a figurine.   I know that Nymphenburg produced some figures for a prolonged period of time, but the general appearance of this one says 18th century to me, perhaps early 19th century at the latest, however I cant be sure. The underside is marked underglaze with a crowned N mark - a number of porcelain factories located in Thuringia, Germany used this mark, including Ernst Bohne and Potschappel, Dresden, founded by Carl Thieme - the depth of this mark, however, looks more in keeping with Potschappel.  This figurine probably dates to the very early 20th century, circa 1900.  The figurine measures 5 3\/8 in height, small but wonderful for cabinet display.  It is in very good condition except for a very nice chip to the back of the jesters hat.  Despite this, the figurine displays very well with no other chips, cracks or wear. The plate is decorated in the polychrome Hizen pattern, an Aesthetic Movement era design.   The Aesthetic movement was highly influenced by Japanese art and design - one can see the Japanese influence on the decoration of this plate.  The marking on the underside of the plate was used after 1862 and before 1891.  The plate measures 10 1\/4 in diameter and is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, crazing or pronounced wear - a bit of wear to the red line trim and a very light scratch through the pink flower, but both are very minor. The history of AJ Wilkinson is interesting because Clarice Cliff started her career there at the age of 17, after her drawing talent was noticed by the owner Colley Shorter.  After working at Wilkinson for a number of years, he sent her to study sculpture at the Royal College of Art in London and then in Paris.  He set her up in her own decorating studio and eventually married her.  The plate measures 10 3\/4 in diameter and weighs 1 lb and 9 oz. This appears to be a rather rare combination as I couldnt find other examples anywhere on the internet.  This was made during the dark days of WWII, when Wedgwood \u0026amp; Co. was one of only a few potteries allowed to produce pottery under the Wartime Concentration Scheme, freeing up workers to join the war effort.  Under the Wartime Concentration Scheme potteries were only allowed to produce undecorated wares for domestic use but were allowed to produce a small amount of decorated pottery for export in order to earn foreign dollars.  The Scheme was initiated in the fall of 1941 but fully in effect by the summer of 1942.  Production of this Tudor Rose on Blush Rose pattern probably was cut short due to the restrictions, and because of them, exported to Canada in 1942.  The transfer printed rose is signed within the print with G Baylis.  The platter is stamped on its underside with the Wedgwood \u0026amp; Co unicorn mark and is impressed with the date code of 2 42 for February, 1942.  The piece is made in an oval form and measures 13 7\/8 by 11 1\/8 - it is fairly heavy, weighing 2 lbs and 10 oz.  It is in very good condition with no cracks, chips or scratches, this has been very well kept over the last 82 years.  This is a very pretty pattern, not to mention being rather unique - l would think that there are very few, if any, of these still around. They were very dirty when I acquired them, but I was able to clean them up substantially, although with a bit more work, they will be cleaner - I didnt want to be too aggressive and take off the finish (never submerge chalk ware in water).  They do have a couple of issues - corner chips that Ive shown in the last close-up photos and a few paint flakes.  My understanding is that it is fairly easy to repair chalk ware with glue and either baking soda or chalk dust, but I would think that the paint match would be a bit more challenging.  Someone with an art background should be able to match paint very closely.
