This is a vintage men’s shirt made in Italy by Missoni for Bergdorf Goodman. The shirt is woven in a zigzag pattern in multiple colour tones. The text on the content label is worn off, so I’m unsure of the fabric, but it is of beautiful quality and I would guess that it is a silk/cotton blend. The size label reads size 56, which is a size XL, but please note the following measurements for fit:
Neck: 17”-17 1/2”
Shoulders: 21 1/2” from shoulder/sleeve seam to shoulder/sleeve seam
Sleeves: 26” long from shoulder/sleeve seam to cuff
Chest: 52” around, unstretched, taken under the arms
Overall length: 31“, measured flat
This shirt in very clean condition - and has been well stored over the years.
This is a beautiful quality shirt - striking Missoni pattern and style!
