This is a 1950s or 1960s era short sleeved blouse made in the former country of Yugoslavia.  The blouse is embroidered in a traditional style, either Serbian or Slovenian, in a floral based pattern in colours of red, yellow, green, black and blue.  It has a collar and closes with four buttons down the front and a button and loop at the neck. 

Label: DOM Ljubljana Hand Made Jugoslavia 

Fabric:  Organdy or organza - both fabrics have a similar appearance with a crisp, stiff look.  Organdy is cotton based while organza can be either silk or synthetic.  There is no content label.

Sizing: No size is indicated, and although this should fit a medium to large size depending on looseness preference, please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Shoulders:  16” across from seam to seam

Sleeves:  14” from shoulder seam

Sleeve inseam:  9”

Bust:  40” around

Waist:  34”, but meant to be tucked in

Overall length:  25”

Condition:  It is in excellent condition - very clean and looks like it saw no use.  This has been well kept and stored over the years.

This is a very pretty blouse - lovely embroidery and very nice quality, sure to be noticed!
