This is a very nice quality mens “roller” hat made in a fedora style by Guerra 1855 of Italy.  Guerra was founded in 1855 by Mastro Cappellaio Guerra in response to a request for hats by the Italian Savoy army.  Guerra has a reputation for quality, use of high end fabrics and materials and innovative design and production.  This Roller Hat is a Guerra innovation that allows one to roll the hat to stick in a pocket or bag.  The color is a very attractive deep navy blue colour.  The hat has a wide brim and the crown is wrapped in a grosgrain band.   The sweatbabd is gold stamped with “Roller Hat” and “Guerra 1855 Hand Crafted Pure Felt Water Repellent”.  The size label states a size 58, which should be equivalent to a US 7 1/4 - it measures 22 3/4” around the sweatband and 7 3/4” by 6 5/8” across the opening.  The brim measures 2 1/2” in width and the crown has a height of 5”.  There is no liner as it is a roller hat.  It is pre-owned, but is in very good condition with no wear, tear or signs of much use at all.  This is a handy fedora by a venerable Italian milliner, nice colour, easy to wear style.......
