Vintage Christian Lacroix Coat Metallic Multicolour 1991 M

This is a vintage Christian Lacroix coat dating to Autumn of 1991.  It is made with a pattern consisting of squares, each square woven with varying geometric patterns.  The fabric is made in multiple colours - blue, purple, magenta, ochre gold, green, red, black and orange with metallic thread throughout.  This Christian Lacroix coat is made in a simple loose fitting relaxed style with raglan style sleeves, high set turned lapel and squared collar, full cut sleeves, black quilted lining and no closures - this is meant to be worn simply overlapped, maybe belted. It is made in an above the knee length, like a long jacket. 

Label: Christian Lacroix Paris pink label. 

Fabric:  No label on this Christian Lacroix coat but it is made of 31% polyester, 30% acrylic,  25% silk and 14% acetate.  The lining is made of polyurethane filled acetate.

Sizing: French size is indicated which should be equivalent to a US size 10, but please rely on the following measurements for fit:

Sleeves: 29” from the mid-neck seam over the shoulder to the cuff

Sleeve Inseam: 14” long

Bust: 52” around, taken under the arms with a normal overlap at the front

Bottom: 52” around

Overall length: 35” measured flat

Condition: This Christian Lacroix coat is in very clean condition with no wear, tear, stains or odours - this has been well cared for.  

This is a classic Christian Lacroix coat - striking colour combination, sparkly metallic content, certainly a head turner!
