This is a vintage 70s long wool coat made in a somewhat mod style. The coat does up the front with 14 gold toned rounded buttons and cloth loops. It has a narrow standing collar, full cut long sleeves with narrow cuffs and has a darker brown buckled belt that cinches the waist. A similar wool band to the belt defines the bib of this long wool coat. It is cut with a flare to the hemline so the coat falls in drapes. It has a large patch pocket at either side and is fully lined
Fabric: Wool in a tweed weave and light weight - suitable for cool weather but not cold
Label: None, but obviously manufactured
Sizing: There is no size label on this long wool coat, but this should fit a small size. Please note the following measurements for fit:
Shoulders: 15” across,seam to seam
Sleeve: 25” long
Sleeve inseam: 19 1/2”
Bust: 34”, around, taken under the arms
Waist: 28” around - meant to be cinched with the belt
Length: 47”, measured flat
Condition: This long wool coat is in very good condition but missing the button under the belt and the very bottom button - you could replace these but it really isn’t necessary.
This is a wonderful 70s era long wool coat - great for Spring or Fall evenings!
