Vintage 60s Resort Dress Play Suit Set Two Piece w Cover Up

This is a really elegant resort dress consisting of a play suit with a maxi length cover-up that is open at the left side.  One can just picture someone standing around a pool or at a resort holding a long cigarette holder in one hand and a martini glass in the other.  This resort dress is made of an abstract floral printed polished cotton in tones of yellow, brown, violet, pink, ochre, gold tone, coral and dropped out white.  This resort dress outfit consists of a narrow strap bandeau style top that closes at the back with three covered buttons.  The bottoms are made in a shorts style - it has an elasticized waist and closes with a button at the back.  The cover-up closes only at the left shoulder with three snaps under a bow.  It is designed to drape across the bodice.

Sizing:  The label on this resort dress reads size 7, but this is a vintage sizing.  It should fit a small to maybe medium size, but please refer to the following measurements for fit:

Waist: 24”-26” around depending on stretch

Length:  12 1/4” measured flat

Condition:  This resort dress is in excellent condition - if this saw use, it saw very little use, it is quite crisp.  The set is clean, and without wear, tear, soiling, staining or odour.

This is not a common resort dress outfit, really rather unique - easily useable today, perfect for a Caribbean vacation!
