This is a 1960s/early 70s era woven wool tweed skirt made by Elegance Paris. The fabric is quite beautiful - please view the close-up photo of the weave. The skirt is made in a full length. It appears that the waist lining was replaced or re-stitched. It is fully lined in navy blue acetate and closes at the side with a nylon zipper.
