This is a vintage 1960s brown lurex dress made in an above the knee length sleeveless style with ostrich feather trim at the bottom. The feather trim is in a mix of white and brown colours, mirroring the silver and brown colour of the lurex fabric. The dress has an Asian collar and is cut with an accented waist. The dress does up with a metal zipper down the back. The dress is lined in brown viscose.
Label: ILGWU - International Ladies Garment Workers Union label that was in use from 1963 until 1974. No maker’s label
